Random Acts of Kindness

One of the joys that I experience daily upon awakening is knowing that I have the opportunity to perform random acts of kindness today that will help  make someone else’s day better and fill my heart with joy. I will know that I did this unconditionally and without telling anyone about it. These are simple acts that may include: a smile, a helping hand, opening a door, listening without commenting, calling a sick person, making a hospital visit, providing a meal, showing patience and tolerance and the list goes on. Showing love and caring for our fellows is commanded by God and is very easy.

My prayer for you today is that you be blessed as a donor and recipient of random acts of kindness knowing you have made the world a better place.
